Enjoy a free creative workshop turning waste into art with Southern Tablelands Arts at the fabulous Glasshouse. Make something amazing and be part of the waste solution. Presented by STA and the Braidwood Youth Performing Arts Association (BYPAA).
Discover how to recognise waste and rubbish that can be upcycled into art materials then learn a variety of techniques and processes to turn your upcycled materials into 3D art to take home and keep.
A range of salvaged materials and tools for use provided (you can bring some waste to transform as well).
Wear clothes that can get dirty and covered shoes. Please bring snacks and water as required.
Enter your creation in the Waste to Art Wollondilly Exhibition and Competition for a chance at the $2600 in prize money on offer. Make something amazing and be part of the solution.
All ages welcome, children to be accompanied.
