Waste Watchers for Beginners: Halve Your Waste with Worm Farming & Composting
Join our free waste education program and discover how to cut your household waste in half! In this beginner-friendly
program, you’ll learn practical ways to reduce waste by recycling correctly, utilising council waste services and setting up a successful worm farm or
compost system.
Participants will receive a free worm farm or compost bin as part of the program *Only one per household*
This session is ideal for those with little to no experience with composting systems.
Attendees must complete a survey before the program and after the program as well as attend both sessions to be able to participate.

Session 1:
Thursday, 19 June, 6.30pm - 8.00pm

Session 2: online via Zoom
Wednesday, 9 July, 6.30pm - 7.30pm
This session is a follow-up to the previous workshop, providing participants an opportunity to troubleshoot any questions or concerns about their new worm farm or compost bin.

Places are limited! One ticket per household only (ticket admits up to 2 people) to ensure we can offer the program to as many households as
possible across Wyndham.
Once sold out, the waitlist will be on and any cancelled tickets will be offered to the next person in line.
This program is only available to individuals who have not participated previously.
