WasteSorted Schools high schools workshop
Event description
This workshop is just for high schools! Join us for a full day of talk about waste avoidance and recovery initiatives in a high school setting. Topics include:
- Assessing your waste
- Setting up infrastructure
- Student involvement
- Curriculum available for high schools
- Hands-on activities
Hear from other organisations that work directly with high schools and teachers that run successful programs in their schools. A tour of Kent Street Senior High Schools sustainability projects will also be included in the workshop program.

The workshop is FREE and teacher relief payments are available for two staff from each school.
The workshop is suitable for secondary school staff including teachers, principals, administration staff and parents.
