Event description

Water in Our Veins | Dreaming into Existence

A dance and somatic movement experience that takes you deep inside your inner world, to explore through dance the outer world and how to connect deeply with nature and our more than human kin.

Kirilly Dawns takes us on an embodiment process where we slow down to feel the subtleties of our alive and sensuous body in motion. An exploration into deeply sensing, feeling, inhabiting and moving ourselves from the inside out. We'll dance the nature within our bodies to connect with nature around us.

Ella Noah Bancroft will take us through a deep asana practice of connection with our bodies to mimic the natural world, followed by an uplifting learning experience of understanding Indigenous dance archetypes from our land.

Join us in a fun workshop of deep connection, through the body to country.

Ella Noah Bancroft is a descendant of Bundjalung people and also bloodlines to Scotland and England. She is a certified yoga teacher, connection coach and danced with an Indigenous all women's dance troop for 6 years. Her best dance moment was in the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games with Yothu Yindi.

Kirilly Dawn is a Barkindji woman with bloodlines to England. She is an embodiment practitioner, dancer and doula. She works with somatic movement practices to guide people into their bodies for deeper trust, presence and connection.
