These sessions are for anyone keen to be safe in the water this summer and beyond.

Priority will go to Tāne Maori aged 34-55 years old as statistics show these are our highest drowning/black out rates.

We appreciate a whanau approach to this is the way to go, so please come along!

Learn relaxation techniques, how to increase your breath hold and how to be a great buddy diver!

The first 2 hours is land based and the second is pool based

If you choose the evening sessions, you will need to attend a Tuesday and Thursday session

If you choose the 4 hour session - the land and pool activities will be on the same day

There will be ocean sessions every 2 months to consolidate learning

You will be required to fill out a medical form prior to attending for safety reasons
