Water, water everywhere! Ages 5 to 8
Event description
Pack your gumboots and become a scientist for the day! Children will discover how important water is for the survival of all living things. Guided by an expert educator at CERES Community Environment Park, children will:
- Get their bodies moving with the water cycle theatre show!
- Check out the water health of the CERES Dam by netting for water bugs.
- Investigate the waterbugs that live in the local waterway, the Merri Creek.
Please note:
* This workshop is aimed at children aged 5 to 8 years.
* Each child/group of children must have an adult guardian present throughout the workshop and any breaks (maximum one guardian per child).
