Watercolor Skies Workshop with Margaret Oakley
Description
Join 18th Street resident artist Margaret Oakley to bliss out on sky painting and explore the spontaneous nature of watercolor. Taking inspiration from the sky’s ever-changing moods, we’ll experiment with color, clouds, and atmosphere in a relaxed workshop welcoming beginners and experienced painters alike.
Basic supplies will be provided. Participants are also welcome to bring their own watercolor paints, palettes, brushes, and papers. Please label personal supplies so they’re easy to identify. A list of the supplies provided will be emailed before the workshop.
The workshop will be held in the Co-Create Space, at 18th Street Arts Center.
Fee: $40 · Capacity: 20 participants
Please RSVP on Humanitix to secure a spot in the workshop.
Payment (cash, Venmo, or Zelle) will be collected directly by the artist at the event.
