Watercolour: a Mindful Journey

This workshop is time and space for you. 

I welcome you to a transformative journey of artistic self-discovery.

As your guide, I will help you embrace the fluidity of watercolours and the power of surrender in your intuitive creative process. Together, we will explore the captivating world of hues and layers letting go of control and allowing your inner creative to flourish.

No experience required, though often I have masters join for the joy of the meander.

All materials will be supplied. 

Watercolour, with its gentle and fluid nature, encourages a sense of freedom and spontaneity in your creating.Yet it's not all rainbows and unicorns. Your willingness to let water parter you, is your access to freedom. We can't control water (ok, ignore that we dam rivers), but you and me; here right now; there's no controlling of water, only partnership. Equally patience will be a handy companion.
Surrendering to the unpredictable nature of watercolours can unfurl delicious life lessons about acceptance, adaptability, and embracing imperfections.

As you observe the colours merging and forming unexpected patterns, you'll likely find yourself in the moment. Here is where delight and play naturally arise, turning down the volume on the need for control and enabling your intuition to swing out.

Ultimately, the impact of watercolour and play with its cousin: surrender is a delicious gift to yourself of creative exploration and personal growth, resulting in not only beautiful visual creations but also a greater greater sense of inner peace and creative liberation.
