Whether you’re absolutely new to watercolour painting or are a seasoned artist, drop in to one of our special Christmas workshops where we’ll use bold colour and the magic of expressive watercolour techniques to create a set of 3 stunning take-home ready cards.

Looking for a relaxed way to experience the joy of making? You’ll surprise yourself just how satisfying (and beautiful) painting loosely with watercolour can be!

What to expect:

With step-by-step guidance, we’ll experiment with a variety of colour palettes to turn a gorgeous Christmas-themed beach landscape into a set of stunning cards:

•  dive straight into painting with our pre-sketched cards;

• play with bold colour and enjoy the freedom of allowing the water to guide your colour mixes

• learn how expressive wet-on-wet and resist techniques can be.

Designed with fun in mind, get creative this Xmas season and experience the joy of watercolour as play!

Classes are limited to 8 – perfect for that festive season group outing with friends or colleagues!

An Archibald Prize finalist with degrees in Master of Art & Masters of Fine Art (UNSW), I have over 15 years’ experience developing fun, innovative studio art programs across a range of public education settings, including the Art Gallery of NSW (Contempo) and the University of NSW (Art&Design).
