Watercolour Landscapes workshop (Japanese minimalist inspiration)

For this workshop we will be taking inspiration from Minimalist Japanese Ink Painting in order to create watercolour landscapes. Landscapes will be mostly monochromatic and the class will be guided through mark making, achieving good contrast and tonal value and effective compositions. The effects are often emotive and ethereal and its a great class for those who feel they over work their paintings. Beginners are also catered for in this session as well as more experienced painters.
