Watercolour on Yupo Paper and Clayboard

Join award-winning artist, Libby Derham in her Coolum studio, where she will introduce you to the wonderful surface of Clayboard. This surface offers exciting possibilities for working with watercolour without the need for glass framing. Unlike any other substrate, 'Ampersand Claybord' is super smooth and works beautifully with the transparent medium of watercolour. In this workshop you will use Yupo paper as the closest surface, to experiment and practice working on. Then, using your panel of Clayboard, you will work to create a finished piece.

All materials are supplied. Please wear old clothes or bring an apron. BYO morning tea.
