Event description
Paper Bird invites you to join this beautiful watercolour workshop with Sabine Figaro of Happy Lazuly.
Sabine has a delightfully light and gentle approach to creating.
Sabine, a french illustrator, is the founder of Happy Lazuly, a small, colourful, local business where everything is made by hand and with love. Her main inspirations are Nature and Ocean.
Born and raised in Paris, France, Sabine has been living in Australia for the past 10 years. Sabine started her career as a researcher in Biology but deep down, always wanted to have an artistic career.
Sabine has an eye for colours and is inspired by the beautiful Nature that we have here in Australia. We can say that Sabine is a true Animal and Ocean lover and has been diving for the past 15 years.
Today, Sabine is finally able to combine her passions by making beautiful visuals and express her creativity whether it is with photography or watercolour illustration and design.
Sabine will guide participants through techniques and processes to create a watercolour poster of your dream bookshelf.
This can be framed on the day or you can take your art home to find your own way of displaying.
You will be provided with the following on the day -
