Join the Outsiders on Saturday, June 17th for our Waterfall Canyoneering Adventure. We'll be rappelling down waterfalls at Starved Rock State Park.  Bring your hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers (you’ll need them), pack water and a sandwich, invite some friends and get ready to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll start the day at Long Room. After canyoneering, we'll stop at a brewery or pub for food and drinks before heading back home.


EVENT DETAILS:

  • 9AM – Meet at Long Room
  • 9:30AM - Departure 
  • 11:30AM – Arrive at Starved Rock
  • 12PM to 3:30PM - Activity Duration
  • 3:45PM to 5:15PM - Lunch at The Lodge
  • 5:15PM -  Departure Back to The Long Room
  • 7:30PM - Arrival at The Long Room

Refund policy

No refunds or credits unless the event is canceled. We cannot issue refunds or credits for anyone testing positive for COVID or other illnesses. If the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather (dangerous or unsuitable for the course of activity), ticket purchasers will be offered refunds if they notify us within 72hrs that they are unable to attend the rescheduled date. We strive to make Outsiders a diverse and affordable adventure opportunity for everyone. Keeping our ticket prices accessible to everyone is one of the main reasons for our no-refund policy. If you are not dressed in weather-appropriate gear or if your attire is deemed unsuitable for the activity, we have the right to turn you down for the safety of the group and yourself. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that might prevent you from completing the trip, please consult your physician to confirm your ability to partake in the activities safely.
