Affordable Homes for Locals - Bellingen Info Session

Join us to learn about an innovative local housing initiative designed for the ‘missing middle’— local income earners that are priced out of homeownership but not eligible for social housing. This includes key workers and long-term residents who want to stay and thrive in our community.

Waterfall Way CLT Ltd. is a community-led, not-for-profit organisation working to deliver forever affordable homes through a Community Land Trust (CLT) model. Widely used overseas, CLTs keep homes affordable in perpetuity, giving locals on local wages a real pathway to secure homeownership. Light refreshments available and kids-welcome.

At the Bellingen session, you’ll:

  • Learn more about the Waterfall Way CLT Ltd.
  • Hear how this model works and why it's a potential game changer for our community
  • Have the chance to complete a high-level Registration of Interest form
  • Find out how you can support or get involved in the initiative
