Join our after school program, gain new skills and build job-ready experience 

This week with special guest Monica Higgins. 

Monica is a multi-disciplinary designer working in print design, web design, illustration and animation. As well as creating visual identities and designs for Big hART’s many projects, she also runs her own practice, Green Peas for Breakfast, where she creates for musicians, theatre, fashion, creative agencies and wineries.  Starting out as an arts and travel journalist. She is completely self-taught in this area and is passionate about sharing her knowledge – gained from over a decade in practice.

In this session learn to create graphics for social media and learn tips and tricks from Monica who has collaborated with hundreds of businesses to help them evolve, thrive, and ultimately stand out from the crowd.

The Watershed Traineeship links young people with mentors across industries and forms a peer-to-peer community of practice with experienced alumni from other Big hART programs.

The trainee program is for ages 14-20, with an aim to help build skills and experience that will help find meaningful work in the future.
