Join us at The Barrel Collective for an intimate evening with one of Tasmania's most exciting whisky makers - Waubs Harbour Whisky.
On the night, the Waubs Harbour team will guide you through five expressions: their core range plus two limited releases. Each pour is 15ml and presented with the story behind it, the cask, the process, the place it comes from.
Alongside the whisky, every guest receives a personal charcuterie board to snack through the session.
And if you fall in love with something on the night? Waubs will have bottles available for purchase, including their limited releases. It's a rare chance to take home something you won't find on the shelf.

What to expect:
This is a curated, guided tasting, not a free-pour night. It's designed for people who want to slow down and actually understand what they're drinking. Whether you're a seasoned whisky enthusiast or just getting curious about Tasmanian craft spirits, you'll leave knowing a lot more than when you walked in.
The session is capped at 25 guests and runs for 90 minutes, keeping it small, personal and worth your Tuesday night.

Waubs Harbour is a family-run distillery making small-batch maritime single malt in a converted oyster hatchery on the ocean's edge in Bicheno, east coast Tasmania. Their whisky matures metres from the sea and it shows. Waubs Original took Category Winner at the World Whiskies Awards 2025. This is the real deal.
