Pups, Pints & Pilates

Join us for a fun and relaxing Pilates class led by Kee Heath's Dr. Cheryl Koelling, DC, M.Ed. This class is where wagging tails and mindful movement come together for a great cause! No experience or Pilates skills are necessary—just bring your love of pups and trying something new. After class, stick around to enjoy the Wauktoberfest festivities with your four-legged friend and fellow dog lovers.

All proceeds from this event support Wauktoberfest's charitable giving back to our local community.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat
Water bottle
Your dog on a leash

We kindly ask that you are prepared to clean up after your dog.

Dr. Cheryl Koelling, DC, M.Ed.
Founder of Kee Health, Kee Health Pilates & The Institute for Women’s Metabolic Health™
Dr. Cheryl Koelling, better known as Dr. K, is a clinician, educator, Pilates instructor, and women’s health expert with more than a decade of experience in women’s metabolic, hormonal, and musculoskeletal health.
As the founder of Kee Health Pilates, Dr. K brings her clinical background and passion for women’s health directly to the Reformer. Her approach to Pilates goes beyond simply getting a workout in—it’s about building strength, supporting bone health, improving mobility, and helping women feel more confident and capable in their bodies.
Her classes are approachable, challenging, and designed with real bodies and real life in mind. Expect thoughtful movement, a little education, plenty of encouragement, and probably a few laughs along the way.
Dr. K believes movement should be something you get to do, not something you have to do—and that taking an hour to focus on yourself can be one of the most powerful things you do for your health.
Because feeling strong is great.
Feeling strong enough for your life is even better.

The class will be held under a festival tent on the grass. We can't wait to see you (and your pup) there!
