Join Emma from She Flourishes for an intimate evening of connection, mindset, and relaxation designed to support you both in and out of the water.

Emma is a surfer and active member of the Summer Sama community. She understands and embodies the power of mindset and nervous system regulation to complement her surfing (kook) abilities.

We'll begin with a powerful partner exercise where you'll reflect on what you struggle with most in surfing—then write a kind, compassionate letter to your surfing self or your partner. This is your moment to drop the inner critic and activate encouragement.

You'll then settle in for an uplifting talk exploring how your nervous system plays a key role in your surf experience—from fear on the wave to freezing or frustration. You’ll learn practical mindset shifts and breathing tools to regulate, reframe, and ride with more ease and enjoyment.

To close the night, we’ll drop into a guided surf-inspired breathwork session accompanied by vibey surf tunes to help you connect to your body, calm your nerves, and feel that post-surf bliss—even off the board.
