Waves of Reflection is an intimate Nada Soma ceremony, a space to slow down, arrive fully, and reconnect with yourself, with presence, and with one another.

Guided by rhythm, resonance, and ritual, this gathering weaves together intentional cacao, sacred sound bath, immersive meditation, and connection, offering a gentle yet profound journey inward.

We begin by opening the circle and sharing cacao with intention, allowing the heart to soften and the body to settle. From here, you are guided into a sound bath using voice, instruments, and vibration, inviting deep listening and nervous system restoration.

Through an immersive guided meditation, you are led into a reflective inner landscape, a place to observe, release, and receive clarity. There is no need to force anything. This experience invites you to simply be with what is present.

The ceremony closes in connection, grounding the experience through shared presence and gentle integration with the group.

No prior experience with meditation, cacao, or sound healing is required. Come as you are, open, curious, and willing to listen.
