After the flow, we’ll guide you into the ultimate recovery experience: a rejuvenating 75-minute Sana Recovery session, featuring a refreshing cold plunge followed by the soothing warmth of a wood fire sauna. The cold plunge will awaken your senses, while the sauna nurtures your body into deep relaxation, promoting recovery, circulation, and mental clarity.
