In this 1-hour session, you’ll be introduced to simple tools and insights to support emotional balance, resilience, and healthier dynamics at work. Expect a gentle blend of reflection, connection, and practical strategies — including accessible breathing techniques, affirmations, meditations, and other wellbeing tools you can use anytime.

Meet Your Facilitators
Clara Arribas
Clara is a dedicated wellbeing practitioner and KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She is also a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, guiding immersive walks since 2021 to help others reconnect with the natural world. Clara creates transformative experiences that invite participants to slow down, engage their senses, and rediscover a deep sense of connection.
Alina Kibbel
Alina Kibbel is a solution-focused coach and international trainer who helps clients uncover their strengths and set healthy boundaries. With a passion for empowering women in leadership, she supports confidence-building and financial independence. Alina is known for her clear communication, strong networks, and ability to foster resilience and lasting change.
