As the sun starts moving closer to the new moon, it starts to become illuminated again. A crescent appears, less than half illuminated, until it waxes or “grows bigger” into a first quarter moon.

The waxing moon represents intention, hopes, and wishes. After recharging under the new moon, your intentions and desires are ready to be planted.

The Full and New Moon are very special ceremonies that I hold twice a month and one of the things that everyone tells me that they love is the meditation so I am going to hold two extra sessions which will be solely a meditation practice in the month to coincide with the waning and waxing of the moon.

What will this session consist of:

Breath Work & Guided Meditation with Singing Bowls and Drumming

We will connect into the intentions and desires you have set within the moon with the guided meditation where you will be able to feel the full effect of the illumination and growth that are appearing.

The session will run for 1hr 15mins

There will be protein balls, herbal tea and water available
