Looking to refresh your wardrobe, snag some unique finds or clear out items you no longer need? Bring them to our Scape's Flea Market. Sell your pre-love items here and get some cash, or swap with your neighbor! Acceptable categories include clothing, accessories, books, small furniture and decor.
Whether you're decluttering, looking for hidden gems, or just here to enjoy the vibe, there's something for everyone. Don't miss this change to shop sustainably, support your community and make some extra cash!

Ts & Cs

1. Registration:
• All sellers must register in advance to secure a spot. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Allowed Items:
• Only personal items are allowed, item can be brand new, pre-loved or gently used. Acceptable categories include clothing, accessories, books, small furniture, and decor.
• Prohibited items include food and drink, perishables, hazardous items, and anything illegal.

3. Pricing:
• All items should be reasonably priced. Sellers are encouraged to clearly label each item with its price for easy transactions.

4. Setup & Cleanup:
• Each seller is responsible for setting up and cleaning up their designated area. Setup should be completed before the market opens, and spaces should be left clean after the event.
• Sellers should bring their own racks, hangers or blankets if needed to display items. Scape have a limited supplies of tables and blankets that you can borrow.

5. Payment:
• All sales are handled directly between the seller and buyer. Sellers are encouraged to bring change for cash transactions and may offer mobile payment options (direct bank transfer) if available. 

6. Conduct:
• Participants must be respectful to each other and market visitors. Items should be presented neatly, and sellers should stay at their stalls throughout the event.

7. Safety & Liability:
• Scape is not liable for any lost or damaged items or any disputes arising from transactions. Participants are responsible for their belongings and should keep valuables secure.

8. End of Market:
• Any unsold items must be taken back by the seller. No items should be left behind or disposed of in common areas.

Scape is not responsible for any disputes or issues related to payments, pricing, or transactions conducted during the flea market. All sales, payment arrangements, and item exchanges are solely between the buyer and the seller. By participating in the event, participants agree to handle any payment-related concerns directly and release Scape from any liability arising from such disputes.
