Presented by Earth Spirit Yoga in partnership with Benalla Art Gallery

10am-12pm Fridays 10th, 17th & 24th July

Join us for this free three week winter wellbeing program @ Benalla Pop Up Art Gallery, 75 Bridge Street East, Benalla

Wayapa® is a holistic wellbeing practice based on the ancient wisdom of earth connection. Utilising the 14 Elements of Wayapa Wuurrk, this three week program offers a gentle, all abilities movement practice with a narrative meditation to support a sense of wellbeing and connection to the earth, mind, body and soul.

This will be followed by creative reflection time through art, journalling or sound, inviting an exploration of your personal experiences of connection to these elements which support wellbeing.

Book in for one or any session. Each week will have a different theme and opportunity for exploration of the elements.

Sessions run from 10am-midday on Fridays.
