Feeling disconnected?

You're invited to

Pause,
Breathe, and
Connect.

Connect to Mind, Body, Spirit, and Earth Wellbeing.

Why not join the wisdom circle and explore Wayapa Wuurrk with us. Wayapa is a wellness modality, that not only focusses on earth it also draws on ancient wisdom.

Wayapa Wuurrk works on three layers which enable you to connect to nature, community and self by observing

the environment
your personal stories, and
cultural stories, yours and others.

Over 90 minutes, we'll introduce you to the Wayapa concepts, a meditative narrative and the movement practice.

We're looking forward to sharing this experience with you.

Your Facilitators are Teresa Corso and Diana Barnett, we're both certified Wayapa Practitioners, and Wayapa Trainers.
