Event description

Join Moondani Balluk in a Wayapa Wuurrkshop to connect to country and wellbeing.

Wayapa Wuurrk Workshops aim to connect the community together through ancient wellness. Wayapa® is based on Indigenous Knowledge that benefits all people, and most importantly, the planet.

Today, for most of us, we have become disconnected from the land, from our tribe, from our food and from our Spirit. Through Earth mindfulness, deep breathing and narrative meditation and movement, Wayapa® provides a sense of belonging to the Earth while creating mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
