Kaya is a Senior Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Mentor, and Coach with over 26 years of experience guiding others on the inner path.

She has taught many Yoga Teacher Trainings, personally spent years studying and being mentored in India (primarily Mysore, Goa), and mentors yoga teachers through her signature program:
The Confident, Embodied Yoga Teachers Mentoring Program.

Kaya is the founder of Inner Journey, a holistic health sanctuary that weaves yoga, meditation, mentoring, coaching, energy healing, and spiritual counselling into transformational soul work.

Known for her heart, depth, humour, and fierce authenticity — Kaya holds space like no other. Her workshops are magnetic, moving, and unforgettable.
