WCHN Trainee Workshop
Event description
The Trainee and ECR Workshop is to help trainees and early career researchers (ECRs) at WCHN to supercharge their research projects.
It is part of the Research Community Day on Wednesday 6 November and will take place in at the WCH (QVLT) from 2.30-4.35pm.
It will begin with a presentation from Dr Jovanka King on her journey doing a PhD and being a clinician researcher, followed by a session where 2 trainees or ECRs will present their completed projects and 5 trainees or ECRs will present their current or planned project to an expert panel, who will give feedback and advice. Afternoon tea will be provided.
This advice and information provided in this session will be invaluable for all trainees and research students and attendance is strongly recommended.
