An evening to celebrate the women who make hospitality happen!

As another busy year draws to a close, Women in Cafes and Restaurants (WCR) invites you to put down the tools, step away from the emails and join us for a well-deserved Christmas celebration!

Whether you own the venue, run the floor, work behind the bar or create magic in the kitchen, this night is for you.

Sip & Sparkle is about bringing women from across the hospitality industry together to connect, unwind, share a few laughs and celebrate everything we've achieved this year.

No formalities, no awkward networking and definitely no hard selling. Just great company, delicious food, drinks and genuine conversations with women who understand the highs and lows of working in hospitality.

This year, we're also proud to shine a light on The Burnt Chef Project and the important work it does supporting mental health and wellbeing across the hospitality industry.

Because while we spend so much of our time looking after everyone else, it's just as important to look after each other.

Come on your own, bring a colleague or gather your hospo girlfriends. Everyone is welcome.
