Join us at Giapo for a unique guided tasting, pairing four iconic ice-cream creations with four gluten-free beers from Two Bays Brewing (supplied by Garage Project).
Hosted by Martin Bridges (the Beer Bigwig), the evening will explore the flavours, aromas and unexpected combinations that emerge when ice-cream and beer come together. Gianpaolo Grazioli and representatives from Garage Project will share the stories behind each pairing, showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship that goes into each scoop and sip.
Your ticket purchase covers samples of 4 ice-creams and tasting glasses of 4 beers. As we will be serving alcohol, this event is for persons aged 18 years and over.
Whether you're gluten-free or simply curious, expect and evening of delicious discoveries and plenty of fun.
All Two Bays beers are certified gluten-free, and Giapo is a fully gluten-free kitchen.
