This retreat is an opportunity to take time away from the responsibilities of your external life and explore your inner world.

Held at the Kamalashila Tibetan Buddhist Retreat Centre, a spiritually significant place to the local Indigenous people and a place of deep beauty.

Each day includes stretches for your body, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation to create the conditions for inner peace and connection.

Saturday you are introduced to the Poly Vagal Theory and will learn how to map your own personal response to stress and the way you create safe connection. This content will be integrated through explorative movement and creative SoulCollage® sessions over the weekend.

Noble silence overnight and into the following morning allows time for reflection and further integration.

There will be plenty of time to rest during the day and explore the magnificent environment of the sacred Gulaga mountain.

You will be fed fabulous vegetarian meals by Krsnadas using organic produce from his market garden, including morning and afternoon teas.

There is a variety of accomodation options to choose from including camping, dormitories, caravans and self contained huts.

We have also opened the retreat up for day visitors as of 30th March. Saturday and Sunday day visits includes all sessions between breakfast and dinner, lunch and morning/afternoon tea.
