To thank Central Texas for three-quarters of a century of dedicated support, We Are Blood is hosting We Are Family Fest—a free, family-friendly celebration packed with entertainment, activities, local food, and community spirit.

Since 1951, We Are Blood has supplied the blood products needed for trauma centers, surgeries, and cancer treatments across 10 Central Texas counties. We Are Family Fest brings together blood donors, local partners, and neighbors for a day of gratitude and fun. Enjoy interactive games, live local entertainment, kid-friendly crafts, and on-site mobile blood donation opportunities.
