Our intention for our circles:

We acknowledge the Dharawal First Nations people of this land upon which we reside and welcome the ancestors past, present and emerging. As we gather in community, we call in the black and white cockatoos of Gamay National park to be with us and guide us to be the best versions of ourselves we can be in relationship to all life and the land.

These gatherings are for those wanting to weave their dreams in embodied, co-creative and magical ways. Witnessing and feeling the 'flowering of our own heart, mind and body' is the powerful medicine of our current times.

Weaving energy gracefully through Sacred Cacao, Sound, Song and Embodied Dance allows us to restore ourselves naturally, go beyond the noise in our lives and share in loving community. Cacao medicine comes from the Peruvian forest to help us remember who we are and restore those inner and outer connections in relationship to nature, who we are.

As we deepen into the spirit of cacao, we honour ourselves in playful magical ways. We are held safely in a gentle group container to help us to invite and ignite love in our hearts, lives and all our relationships. As the medicine weaves through us, we receive what we need in the moment to appreciate and enjoy a heart-centred life.

As we move through the seasons and elements, we connect with corresponding alchemical herbal medicines that will be combined with the cacao blessing to enhance the medicinal qualities and seasonal energies for best healing and nourishment.

In Summer (Fire element/heart organ) we attune ourselves to the cacao blended with rose powder (heart medicine) and blue lotus (opening our intuition/third eye).

Through Autumn (Earth element/lungs and spleen organs) we connect with digestive and microbiome systems to support immunity and gut health.

Through Winter (Water element/Kidney organ) we integrate adaptogenic supporting herbs that warm, tonify and nourish as we restore our vital force energy (Jing essence), nervous and reproductive systems.

In Spring (Air element/liver organ) we begin to detoxify and renew our energy as we plant seeds for new beginnings.

Gina Yallamas - Earth Medicina

Gina's journey has been very much a flowering of the heart to harness the mind's potential. As an Energy Medicine Practitioner (Guided Energy Healing/ Quantum Healing Acupuncture, Shamanism, Herbal Medicine, Holistic Coaching, Qi Gong, Sound Weaving, Elemental and Regenerative Wisdom), her focus is on the alchemical nature of energy and how we can intuitively co-create life from the wonder within us. Deep listening is the gift she offers to you.

The medicine that flows to her and through her is from the Ancient Ones (Earth and Sky and the 4 directions). Throughout her own medicine journey she has nurtured this relationship to allow her to share their elemental medicine to heal and activate others and the land.

Her passion is co-creating and holding sacred spaces in which spirit weaves the medicine we need through our willingness to gather, share and be humbly present to something greater than ourselves. Opening our hearts to these gifts and surrendering to the natural flow that arrives in the moment is all we need as the 'wild unknown' takes us on a journey beyond the noise into magical places.
