We Dance festival opening night allows you to explore an art installation of dancers like no other. Enjoy the magic of interactive visual illusions, experience an array of movement artists and dancers framed by the incredible OTHERWORLD
This is an opportunity to view the different styles of dance offered in the workshops over the weekend of the festival
The open dance floor for the evening will coerce your body to move interweaved with roving performances, projections and so much more

As the sun sets, join the We Dance CARNAVAL —a vibrant celebration bringing everyone back together for a night of dance, music, and joy at the Byron Bay Community Centre.

Join us as we kick off the evening with a vibrant interactive showcase of dance featuring snippets of what was shared in the Saturday workshops, a cabaret like no other!

As the night unfolds, the party continues with multiple dance floors, DJS and Live music for you to enjoy.

Whether you're here to dance, connect, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, the Saturday Night Carnaval has something for everyone.

Join us on Sunday morning as we come together to close out an extraordinary weekend at We Dance Festival 2024. Our special guests will lead us through a grounding movement meditation, allowing us to give thanks and reflect on the experiences we've shared. This is a time to connect with fellow dancers, enjoy social moments, and soak in the positive energy of our community.

As we move into the afternoon, dive into our intensive workshops. Whether you're drawn to the raw energy of Street Dance, the passionate embrace of Tango, or the joyful rhythms of Swing, our intensives from 1 PM to 3 PM offer a deeper exploration of these iconic styles.

Come for the connection, stay for the dance, and leave with memories that will last a lifetime.
