We Mavericks Quartet at the Lookout House Concert Series (SOLD OUT)

Masters in the art of connection, this rare union of original musical minds reach right into your soul by playing straight from theirs. You could call them contemp-folk, alt-country or chamber-pop, but no words describe the wonderful way they connect with their audiences. 

This duo of duos bring worldly originals that pack a punch: Songstress Victoria Vigenser gives meaning to cliches with her phenomenal voice and driving guitar, while violin/mandolin maestro Lindsay Martin pulls hundreds of emotions from one set of strings. With depth and feeling, internationally renowned cellist Rachel Johnston will bring a tear to your eye with stunning skill, as musical mastermind Trent Arkleysmith adds complex and sensitive layers to every track with cello, mandolin and banjo. Oh, and did we mention - they all sing!?!

We are excited to announce that We Mavericks will be performing in Blackheath at the Lookout House Concert Series. Operating from a new venue, this intimate setting promises to be a great showcase for a quartet of consummate musicians.

When: Sunday February 15th, 6:30pm (doors open) 7:00pm (music) until 9:30pm. Two sets with interval.

Where: Lookout House Concerts (new venue) - 26 Minyago Street Blackheath (west of railway line, street parking on Minyago Street)

We are grateful to Donna Lawler and Steven Freeland for offering their home as a venue for this house concert. As usual a light supper will be served along with tea and coffee. Guests are welcome to contribute a small dish to the table. Suggest to bring a torch (and if needed, umbrella) as there are no streetlights here.
