✅ Important Participant Information

Age Requirement: Participants must be 16 years or older
Arrival Policy:
- All attendees must arrive no later than 5 minutes after class start time
- No entry will be permitted after the 5-minute grace period
New to Orangetheory?
- If you are not a current member, please arrive 30 minutes early for a required equipment and workout orientation

Additional Terms & Participant Agreement

Credit Card on File: All participants are required to have a valid credit card on file with the studio prior to the workout. No charges will be made for this event unless otherwise stated.
Studio Contact: A member of the Orangetheory Fitness team will contact you prior to the event with any additional details and to assist with registration setup if needed.
Waiver Requirement: All participants must complete the standard Orangetheory Fitness liability waiver before participating.
Equipment & Safety: Participants agree to follow all coach instructions and safety guidelines during the workout.
