Learn how the law is being used in the Philippines to increase extra- judicial killings and to reintroduce the death penalty.
After working among the rural poor in the Philippines for 27 years, Sister Fox was ordered out of the country in 2018 after her work as part of a fact finding group documenting human rights abuses in Davao came to the attention of President Duterte.
