Murawin & Weaving Our Stories are running free weaving circles in Armidale this school holiday period.

These weaving circles are a safe space for women and girls 11 years and older of all backgrounds to have a yarn while engaging in a culturally significant activity. Murawin & Weaving Our Stories acknowledge the deep cultural significance of weaving in Aboriginal Culture and position our weaving circles as a way for all people to connect with, and honour that heritage.

Six free workshops during school holidays.

Open to women and girls 11 yeras and older of all backgrounds.

Registration is essential.

Murawin is a national consultancy committed to social justice and empowerment of First Nations communities and other marginalised groups.
