Make your own special Wellbeing experience, by choosing one or more from the following:
10.30am -12.30pm
Learn the techniques needed to create your own basket while contemplating your life journey. This is weaving stories as your hands are at work! Josine Talbot will lead you through this relaxing workshop while showing the difference between coiled, woven & twined baskets and all about the different materials that can be used.

12.30-1.20pm Brother Bear Lunches available, plus complimentary teas.

1.30- 3.00pm

Our souls are windows to the world, and as we explore the magic of metaphor inspired by Nature, there will be discoveries which our inner wisdom offers. What story are you living? What would you like to create? Is there something you'd like to change? Telling our stories, clothed in the metaphor of nature images, can bring whole new experiences and perspectives whilst connecting us to others. This exploration into the ancient Art of Storytelling with Jo-anne Sarre, is a mix of reflection and a lively dive into word play, dramatic expression and imagination. Joy and discovery await.

3.05 -3.20pm Mini Herb Garden tour with Farm Manager Simon Martin

3.30-5.30pm Experience and create in Nature, surrounded by the magical flora and fauna of Claret Ash Farm. In this workshop we will create one large, nature based, community mandala outside using natural materials found on the property, from Sonya Mellor’s garden and from your gardens (if you'd like to bring some). You will be gently guided by Sonya in this meditative, community event.

Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for working outside in any possible weather.
