Explore the wonderful world of Gourds, creating a functional vessel or sculptural artform. Using the gourd as a foundation we will twine or coil plant fibres on to the pre prepared gourd base.

What’s included;

All materials and equipment (please feel free to bring along any found objects or adornments that are special to you if you would like to incorporate them into your project)

Includes tea/coffee and nourishing lunch

Tour of our 1 acre garden oasis where you will learn about harvesting and preparation of plant materials for weaving

Small group sizes allow for plenty of one on one tuition as required

Peaceful and tranquil space, community connection, inspiration and individual creativity is encouraged

*Plant materials used may differ slightly from what is pictured due to seasonal availability

There are a couple of steep sections on the paved pathway to get up to the studio, please get in touch to discuss access to the studio if you are at all concerned or require assistance.
