Genevieve and the Micro Mill are stoked to be putting on this workshop again!
In this session you will learn how to warp up a recycled picture frame for weaving, basic tapestry techniques, and weave with weeds. This workshop is the first introduction to a larger project Genevieve is working on with Ōtari-Wilton's bush, so all the weeds we weave with and kōrero about will be from the beautiful ngahere at Ōtari.
No need to bring anything, all materials will be supplied for you.
Best suited for adults and young people 14 and up.
