What’s it all about?

Are you passionate about what you do for work? According to The Australia Pay Experience Report, released recently by Ceridian and conducted by Hanover Research.

38% of Australian workers are unsatisfied with their current job.

And nearly half of Australian workers (44%) are looking for a new job.

What if you could get into a career where you can still pay the bills and fulfill your passion and purpose? Or are you stuck still trying to figure out what your passion and purpose is and don’t know where to start?

Most of us have asked ourselves these questions at least once in our careers and lives. Instead of making space to explore that internal nudge, it is often pushed to the back of the mind when we think about paying our monthly bills and expenses.

We’re now in a connected age where we are seeing advancements in AI and robotics, and immersed information that’s so easily accessible. Despite all the fears around “robots taking our jobs”, we have amazing technology at our fingertips. Never before have we ever seen such abundant and exponential opportunities to define and carve out our own way of work, life and play.

What does this mean for you in the future of work and career opportunities, and how do we align our passion and purpose to this new age of connectedness? At Earth2Mars, we believe that the future is human and the rise of machines allows us to get back to work that speaks to our hearts and minds.

In this webinar session we will explore:

The future of work and how do we stay relevant in the changing landscape of the workplace
Tools to identity what your passion and purpose is, and your transferable skills
Additional resources and support to make work more human
