The ACT Government is developing an Integrated Energy Plan (IEP) that will set out the pathway to transition the Territory to its electric future.

It is part of the Pathway to Electrification: a plan to electrify our city and achieve zero emissions by 2045.

This webinar is for industry stakeholders and the ACT community to provide feedback on the proposed policy directions and key focus areas of the IEP.

Stakeholder and community input is important to make sure the IEP meets the needs of, and supports, the whole ACT community.

Who should attend?

This webinar is for any members of the ACT community who are interested in the ACT’s energy transition, including homeowners, renters, investment property owners and small businesses.

It is also for industry stakeholders including large gas users, those in building, development and construction, retail, hospitality and real estate industries and community organisations.

This webinar will be held online on Zoom and will run for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The webinar will be interactive, with participants able to contribute their views through an online tool called Mentimeter.

The link to join the webinar will be sent to you via Humanitix at the email address you register with, in the days leading up to the event.

What the webinar will cover

The webinar will provide an overview of the ACT Government’s Pathway to Electrification and detail the IEP, including the Position Paper.

The webinar will also include a panel discussion with industry experts to be announced closer to the event.

You will also be able to share your feedback and ideas in real-time through an interactive online tool.
