Loosening Hips- Joint Mobility for the Pelvis

Loosening the Hips is a prequel to the one-day workshop due in 2026 'A Day at the pelvis'. This webinar will introduce the home care/self-care aspect following on from the 'Movement to keep you Functional in Practice' webinar and 'Releasing Joints' workshops.

We will start the session with Anatomy and Functional Anatomy of the lumbo-pelvic complex and gait, which will set us up for some fun moving (or aiming to move as the case may be) the hips and lumbo-pelvic region.

Answering questions like:

How much do the glutes influence QLs and lower back pain

How much do the hip flexor group (all three muscles) influence the pelvis and spine

How much do the hip and ankles influence each other

And how do we counterbalance all the sitting most people do nowadays.
