From December 2025, new psychosocial hazard regulations will come into effect under Victoria’s OHS framework. These changes will require all civil construction industry employers to proactively identify, assess, and manage risks to workers’ psychological health.

To support our members, Civil Contractors Federation of Victoria (CCFV) is hosting a dedicated webinar with Liz Aitken, an experienced Workplace Relations expert, who will walk you through what these changes mean, how they apply to your business, and what you need to do to be compliant.

Attendees will gain insights into:

What psychosocial hazards are and why they matter in civil construction
The scope of the new regulations and key changes from December 2025
Your legal obligations as an employer or PCBU under Victoria’s OHS Act
How to identify and manage common psychosocial risks on-site (e.g. bullying, fatigue, high job demands, remote or isolated work)
Steps to prepare your workplace: risk assessments, policy updates, consultation and training
Insights from other states
What WorkSafe Victoria is likely to expect in terms of compliance and enforcement

Send through your questions in advance to marketing@ccfvic.com.au. We look forward to you joining us for this webinar.
