Where: Online

CPE: 1.5 CPE points

In spite of all the advances in modern medicine, we are seeing rising rates of chronic illness, burnout, stress, anxiety and disconnection. While healthcare has become highly effective at treating disease, many people are still searching for what it truly means to feel well.

This inspiring presentation explores what Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, can offer modern healthcare in understanding and cultivating genuine health. Drawing on a unique background in emergency nursing, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga, meditation and consciousness-based education, this session bridges ancient wisdom with modern science in a practical and relatable way.

These timeless principles reveal how our daily habits, thoughts, emotions and relationship with ourselves influences our health.

Designed for holistic health practitioners, this presentation invites us to consider a broader vision of wellbeing, one that honours the interconnectedness of body, mind and consciousness and offers a fresh perspective on how ancient healing traditions can inform the future of healthcare
