We invite you to join us for a fabulous Mother’s Day High Tea - where elegance, fun, and heartfelt moments come together for an unforgettable afternoon, raising much needed funds to provide essentials to local kids.

In 2025, the Mother's Day High Tea will be held at The Springs, a stunning venue set amidst the beautiful and tranquil rural properties of Peats Ridge. Join our community of like-minded socially conscious, passionate and caring friends to enjoy:

🍰 Delicious pastries, finger food, a glass of sparkling, and gourmet teas

🎶 Live music

🌼 A raffle with amazing prizes, fabulous lucky door prizes and our renowned Mother's Day Stall

💖 Sip on tea and nibble on treats, all whilst reversing the day-to-day impact of childhood poverty

💐 The dress code is floral and fun, with prizes for best dressed

We are aiming to host over 150 We Care friends to raise funds to support our goal to give access to practical everyday, essentials to over 10,000 local children this year.

Early Bird Tickets - $89 + Booking Fee

High Tea for 1 - $110 + Booking Fee

Early Bird pricing will finish at 5pm on Friday 2nd May.

Gather a group of friends and family, or come along on your own and we'll match you with some like-minded friends!

We Care Connect exists to reduce the impact of poverty for disadvantaged kids in the Hunter & Central Coast. Why? There are 30,000 children that live below the poverty line on the Coast & Hunter, and poverty is more than deprivation – poverty stunts children’s emotional and mental development creating a new cycle of poverty. We provide disadvantaged children with pre-loved clothing, cots, prams, car seats and nursery items – that’s all generously donated by the local community. We give children what they need to be safe and warm, presented as a community gift to show that each child is important and cared about.

Each month, our volunteer team provides over 400 children with bundles of clothing, equipment and care packs, and re-home over 12,000 items that otherwise might end up in landfill. Since 2016, over 24,000 children have been provided with essential material aid to address income poverty and social marginalization, to alleviate the income stress within families by providing these items free of charge. In 2025, we aim to support over 10,000 local children with the essentials they deserve.

Some of the family situations that are supported may be mothers with their children fleeing domestic violence with only the clothes on their backs, grandmothers finding themselves caring for toddlers without as much as a car seat to pick them up in, or homeless teenagers about to become mothers themselves.
