Your teacher Jenny is a diploma qualified yoga/meditation teacher with over 17 years teaching experience.
- All meditation tools provided including cushions, meditation stools, eyepillows and tools for the various meditation techniques you'll be learning. What we provide goes way beyond and above what other studios can offer.
Our purpose-built studio is located on 3 acres of permaculture gardens with gorgeous mountain views. The birds chirping and the leaves rustling outside all add to your sound meditation experience.
We're looking forward to sharing the profound practice of meditation in natural and peaceful surrounds under expert guidance and care.
