The Mindful Workout is a yoga class to help you get out of your head and into the body.
Prerequisites: Moderate level of mobility required.
Predominantly asana, this class features yoga postures and sequences to help you build strength and flexibility - mindfully. Strong body, strong mind.

- you take a health focussed rather than image focussed approach to physical fitness

then this may be the perfect class for you!
While this class is predominantly focussed on the physical practices of yoga, you can always pair with it with some of our meditation, sound massage or private class offerings if you want to take your practice deeper and further. And as a standalone class, it's worth remembering that what you do at one level affects the others - asana or physical practices positively affect mental and emotional health when done the yogic way.
So let's get moving in a calm, supportive and peaceful environment. Workouts don't have to be all about sweat and grind. That style isn't suited to everybody...
