A restorative experience to calm your mind, balance your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner peace.

What to Bring

Bring your own mat, blanket, pillows (for head and under knees), layers of clothing, socks, and an eye cover for maximum comfort.

The venue does not provide props, so feel free to bring any extra comfort supports such as a bolster or cushions. The more comfortable you are, the easier it is to access deep relaxation.

About the Experience

This journey uses sound, vibration, and aromatherapy to restore harmony within your nervous system.

Resonant frequencies from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes guide the mind and body into deep relaxation and energetic balance.

Each session begins with gentle movement and breath to settle your body and mind. You’ll be guided to release tension, quieten the mind, and shift naturally into NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest).

Aromatherapy by @secretscentaromatherapy to enhance your experience

With your consent, facilitators may offer localised vibration therapy, gently supporting your nervous system by activating the rest-and-digest response.

Contraindications

Please check with your healthcare provider if you have or have experienced:

Epilepsy
Uncontrolled blood pressure, stroke, aneurysm, or recent heart attack
Cardiovascular disease (advise of implants or stents)
Pregnancy - intense breathwork not recommended; discuss safe alternatives beforehand and notify facilitators regarding vibration therapy
Psychiatric conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, complex PTSD, recent hospitalisation)
Strong antidepressant, anti-anxiety, or mind-altering medication
Breathing conditions
Hearing devices please notify facilitators
